Airtel — postpaid to prepaid conversion before 30 days of new postpaid connection | |||||
I have changed my airtel connection from prepaid to postpaid on 1st feb 2019. I have taken 799 plan in which i can add my family members. At the time of conversion it was nowhere mentioned that i cannot add airtel numbers which are not in my circle (Karnataka). So the postpaid plan is of no relevance for me as i cannot add my parents. After i visited store (Indiranagar) bangalore they told to write a mail to nodal officer karnataka. I reeceived the reply of mail which directed me to again go to airtel store near me and give pasport size photos, address proof etc. But after reaching the store they directly told that they cannot convert the connection before one month as no bill is generated or i can downgrade the plan to 699. This is a clear case of harassment from airtel as even if i am not getting the benefit of the 799 plan i have to pay one month of bill forcefully. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hello, on 21 St January I have tried to recharge my mobile through Airtel app and processed the payment. But the money was deducted from my account but the recharge has failed (98 rs pack for 3 gb data validity 28 days).
