[Resolved] Airtel — Postpaid to prepaid conversion issues | |||||
Hi, I have requested to change the postpaid to prepaid connection and the same was done on June'15. Unfortunately they missed the documents and next month also i got the bill then i have contacted the Customer care to check it. I came to know that they have missed the documents and i need to pay the one month payment. I argued and send a mail to customer care as well. But they are keep on sending a mail to pay the amount and now a day they keep on calling me on daily basis. I faced a worst experience in Airtel Customer care.
