[Resolved] Airtel — Postpaid to prepaid migration complaint jharkhand | |||||
I had requested for a change from postpaid to prepaid for 2 sim connections. While one of them was activatef within 24hrs the second has not been activatefd yet. It has been 10 days. I gave called 59059 atleast 5 times and each time i was told it would be activatec within 15 minutes to 24 hrs. Later when i enquired a bit strictly, i was told to contact the centre from where i have bought the sim. It has been another 5 days and yet nothing has been done.Will I ever get back my number?
