[Resolved] Airtel — postpaid to prepaid. new sim not activated. [protected] | |||
I had visited airtel store for postpaid to prepaid migration on dec 1, friday. My no. Is +91-[protected]. They gave me new sim. Yesterday on dec 2, saturday, my postpaid sim got deactivated and i inserted new sim in my mobile. However, it is not detecting any network. It seems to be deactivated. When should the new sim (Prepaid sim) be activated? It should not be the case wherein postpaid got deactivated and prepaid is not activated. I am unable to call. Please look into this urgently. Dec 3, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved The new sim got activated today in the evening automatically. No action taken by company. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
