Airtel — postpaid to prepaid not done more than 45 days | |||
Need to take some strong action against airtel, more then 45days my airtel no [protected] postpaid to prepaid not done, more than 8 to 10times i call the call center for this issue, i gave request in airtel showroom on 04/07/2017 and cleared all outstanding but still my number not converted to prepaid worst response from aitel and still they not provide any solution and generated one more bill for the same no. Without using the no i got paid last month and now again they ask me clear the outstanding for further process. Was this information helpful? | |||
