Airtel — Postpaid to prepaid porting issue | |||
Dear Airtel Team, Yesterday I have ported my SIM from Airtel postpaid to prepaid. After that no network .. Totally out of service I have contacted Airtel store, they advised me to change sim. I got the new sim and inserted it in the phone 1st slot. I receied a msg stating "your services have been set. Please restart handset". After the restarting network went again and getting a "no service" message. What is the issue. Totally frustrated with Airtel service If you can't fix this issue please let me know the porting process to JIO/VI Ref- RVLPR[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
