Airtel — premature stoppage of service

Airtel dth account [protected]
Last recharge of rs. 3420 for one year service done on 8/01/2018. Package valid till 6/01/2019. Safe custody service availed from 26/4/18 to 25/5/18 with additional recharge of rs. 100; which period wa's to be added to my package expiry date i. E. One month after 6.1.19 means upto 6.2.19. My dth services stopped on 6.1.19 and even after a number of calls to call centre no resolution of the complaints lodged.
No response from airtel and no action on complaints.
Please look into and direct the company to make good the loss of time / money wasted.
