I had a 3g data usage balance of 60mb available on my phone @ 11am on 12th june which was valid till the 13th of june. i recharged my phone for 3G data usage of 2.5 gb @ 11:45am on 12th june itself, before my previous data usage balance was over. but airtel still deducted whole amount of my main balance which was around 250Rs. in those 45 mins i made sure not to use any data. even if my apps where working, downloading or uploading data(as airtel executive said), i dont think it can consume that much of data.
and to add to it, when i called airtel for any clarification, the airtel executive said ur balance was valid till 11 june only. how can it be possible when on 12th june morning i check my balance on *123*11# and it says avaliable 3G data in my account is 60mb valid till 13th june.
i still dont understand why the amount was deducted.
there is an exclusive web offer on airtel 3G data rechrge of 2.5gb data for RS449. I think by giving a little benefit of .5gb data there, they are ddeducting balance from our main account. because same thing happened 3-4 months back too.. but that time i thought may be i did check it wrong, but this time i am damn sure that it was valid till 13th june. and today is 12th june only.
