Airtel — prepaid balance issue while converting to post-paid.

Sir/ma'am,
My mother (Shalini pradhan) and i the undersigned visited the airtel city office, jhansi (U. P) on 17th of january 2018, for aadhar linking to our respective prepaid airtel numbers. As both numbers were earlier registered on my father's name who is no more, we were been told by your representatives at the office that we need to convert it into postpaid for getting it transferred to our names and subsequently can be linked to our individual aadhar numbers, so we did that and paid the required fixed charges of rs 250 each on[protected] for post-paid connection.
At that time the prepaid balance of my mother's number was around rs 500 (Don't remember exactly) also in my prepaid account there were approximately rs 30-40, we were been told by your representatives that this balance is going to be adjusted in the post-paid bills of forthcoming months, but sadly even after three months bill there was no amount adjusted. To ask for this when i visited the city office again the representatives straight away rejected this and asked for me to tackle this on my own by giving me the customer care number, they said that they do not have any record of our prepaid numbers.
When i contacted the customer care for this, i felt betrayed after knowing from one of your customer care executive that there is no such provision and he told me that the city office representatives told a lie about this.
Sir the problem is now i don't even have any written proof of what the office employees said to me (On 17th) and also of my earlier prepaid balance.

Kindly look into the matter and help me out in this.
