[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid Balance of Rs 200 not adjusted /transferred to Postpaid [protected] | |||||
Dear Sir I have changed from prepaid to Postpaid on 29.02.2016. It was assured by customer care and Airtel Express counter that, my current balance of Rs 200 of prepaid number will be adjusted in first postpaid bill. But first post paid bill generated and delivered to me without Rs 200 adjustment. The best part is the 5 emails has been written but no action taken by the Airtel. I have not received any information about my complain. Only sending email is not the solution. You have to take action for my prepaid balance to be adjusted with Postpaid.
