I requested for my pre paid call details but customer care is not ready to provide me the details, I have lost my mobile and the thief has made some calls using my phone, if you could help me get the last call details, i could catch the thief. Also could you help me what is the charges for duplicate SIM,
I went to the nearest Airtel Relationship Centre and asked for duplicate SIM, they charged me 200 INR, with out even providing me any receipt for that,
Could you please provide me the correct procedure and charges,
also after getting the duplicate SIM from AIrtel I am not able to receive any SMS,
Could you please help me
