[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid connection to postpaid connection | |||
D/sir From last 10 to 15 days, i am regularly in contact with your customer care representative requesting to change my pre paid connection to post paid connection all the time they use to assure that there representative will reach within half an hour or 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm everyday but no one has come till todate. I do not understand what is going on why airtel service has gone down. I must say poor service. Please let me know the reason. Was this information helpful? | |||
