But no acknowledgement or restitution Repeat to appellate authority - 17.10.21 Requested and gave 3 choices: The net has come-on on 1.10.21 at about 8:15 am, 15 days after the renewal. I seem to have paid unnecessarily for the data from 16.9.21 to 1.10.21 – a good 15 days after the renewal. It has been a painful experience (you must be aware of how connected the world is). In this case, I need to request you to: 1. Refund the balance for the 15 days – this works out to Rs.106.80 (@Rs.7.12/day*15 days) - in case Airtel is unable, to… or 2. Extend the validity by 15 days - in case Airtel is unable, to… or 3. Give 15 coupons with data of 1.5 GB each (NOT A SINGLE COUPON FOR 22.5 GB) to be used whenever required with a validity of TWO years. Was this information helpful? | |||
