Airtel — prepaid mobile, no balance is shown after recharge of rs 399 for 84 days

Made a recharge of my sim for rs. 399 on may 28 2017. Received message recharge successful, validity 84 days. All these are recorded well in my account since i paid through internet on my home desktop through debit card. Since then, i cannot call (Outgoing), no internet either. Reason is i do not have balance. The co. Has not updated my account even after 4 days. Iqin
