[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid mobile recharge credit exhaust without any known reasons | |||
I have made a recharge of Rs.200/- on[protected]. I may have made one or two local calls for very small duration. To day when I tried to call someone I am told that there is no sufficient credit to materialise the call. I have faced the problem earlier also. In this connection I would like to know why the credit exhaust when I am not using it. In this connection I would request the appropriate authority to check my account and let me know why I am loosing so much amount and on what account the credit is used.
