[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid Mobile- Unexplained 3G Data uses and balance deductions | |||||
Dear Sir, I am experiencing unexplained 3G data uses on my Airtel prepaid number [protected] since last 2-3 months. Each month, on one random day I suddenly start getting notification regarding data uses even when the phone is not being used. Last month over 700MB was deducted between night 3 AM to 5 AM and the phone was idle at that time. Similarly, today (4-4-17 at approx 8:30 PM) 50 MB of 3G data pack were deducted and it continued till my main account balance became zero. No internet was being used. Also, in my phone software updates occur only with wifi connection (not with cellular data). The customer care is unable to identify the problem.
