Airtel — prepaid mobile validity termination before the actual validity offered | |||||
My mobile [protected] was recharged through www.airtel.in/prepaid-recharge on[protected]:06PM for Rs 448 TransID[protected] and it was confirmed for 82 days Unlimited calls including Roaming, 1.4 GB Data/day, 100 local+STD SMS/day by message on my mobile [protected]. But Airtel Alerts warning me the Pack benefit of 3G/4G data and Loc STD Mins is expiring today[protected]. The same Alerts from Airtel Alerts came two days before also saying your pack benefit expires within two days. I request you to forward this complaint to M/s Airtel (www.airtel.in) so that my pack benefit for continued for 82 days, stop sending alerts without checking the actual validity of package.
