Starting 20/12/2018, i've been unable to access my karnataka prepaid mobile number [protected], which i was using for last 5+ years. On trying to contact 121, it was not getting connected. Later i have tried to connect to customer care from another number. I got an option to key in my mobile number, following which, ivrs says that my number is invalid. I had tried visiting arc koramangala 5th block. They also can't find my mobile number. They had informed me to contact [protected]@in. Airtel.com. Yet to hear back from them.
