Dear Sir, Today, I have done prepaid online recharge (via-transaction Id no.[protected] &[protected] for my moblie no. [protected] for Rs.64/- each. My account has been debited (Rs.64+64) for these process but my mobile balance is same as it was before the starting the process of the said recharging (i.e., Rs.21.08).
