Airtel — prepaid recharge unsuccessful and money not refunded | |||
I tried recharging my prepaid mobile using airtel app today morning at 8.30 and money was debited but recharge was not successful to recheck i tried using *121# facility and as per the records recharge was successful. So i made calls and i lost my balance. I called customer care which was of no help they said they cant do anything and asked me to recharge again, again i recharged and lost my money but it was unsuccessful. I need the money back not as airtel money. Was this information helpful? | |||
