[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid SIM card not activate after 8 days. | |
Dear, we using postpaid connection of airtel Mo [protected] since last 4 years.Before 8 days ago we convert it in prepaid at same mo No.but till date it is not activated from your site.
so many time we call to customer care but than can not given proper reply.
During the convert the prepaid your customer officer said on any charges given for new SIM card but Your Naroda (Ahmedabad)Mini store officer taken 50 Rs/- charges for new card.
So we request to you please conclude such matter and activate by card as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
