[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid to Postpaid Conversion Issue | |||
I had provided security money and all required paper to AirTel executive on 21-Nov-13 for prepaid to postpaid conversion. After too much calling and complaining them about the conversion, I got a sms on my cell on 12-Dec-2013 to inset new postpaid sim to get start postpaid services. I done but not working... Now neither my prepaid or postpaid sim working. I visited the nearest airtel store and called customer care but did not help. Please help me to get it resolved by them.
