Airtel — preponing the payment due date

I avail airtel landline and internet connection. Every month after the billing cycle is over they expect us to pay the bill by 15th of next month. I am bit surprised to find that this time they have shortened the payment window. Now they are expecting us to pay by just 6th of the next month which is almost 9 days in advance, when the world is battling with corona and there are overall relaxation offered by all government services and others for payments, i am bit surprised and disappointed to find that airtel wants money as earlier as they can. Even my electricity bill now says pay by 31-may-20 which is some relief. I do not know what is the issue with airtel. I am committed to pay by the due date but disappointed by this insensitivity of the service provider towards their customers.
