[Resolved] Airtel — Problem in net data | |||||
I am a customer of airtel since last 5year but now I m fully dissatisfy to customer care because of his negligence service.Now I fed up.i have complained to support team that as per my Data plan i have to Received full data of 480Mb but they will given me Approx 150mb but surprising think is that it has passed more than 20hr but not a single step has been taken to sort it out & they not give proper and satisfied answer. they are not doing duty properly..Therefore, I requesting your higher authority to kindly look into this genuine facts and action may kindly be taken..i want advice to every customers plz don't take 3Gdata pack from Airtel service they cheating with customers by offering lower price.
