[Resolved] Airtel — Problem in new duplicate sim | |||||
Hi, This is sonika, am using airtel sim from past 6 to 7 years the number is [protected] this is in my mother's name (Dakshayani). So the problem is i lost my phone and i bought duplicate sim card and the sim is activated but i need to sent an sms to 121 with the 20 digits of sim card numbar, however i tried doing but am not able to i dont no what is the problem and not only to 121 but am not able to send sms to any number and am also not receiving any messages... Initialy i though this could be bcoz of low balance so i hav recharged for 30rs, and the 30rs has deducted from my account i dont why now its 0 balance... So plz tell me what is the solution...
