Airtel — problem on network for 4g connection, complaint not resolving after 21 days

Dear sir,
My self dipayan bose an employee of mnc company has taken the following airtel postpaid connections from chennai.

[protected] (Service still not started after all verification before 7 days)
Now i have transferred to raipur chattisgarh at the following address
Flat no. 504, block-a, shiv vatika apartment, raipur-492001.
In this location i am facing a huge network problem and cannot access internet as well as calling.
In this regard i have made complaint to customer service teal on 9th september, 2017. Till now not even a single step has been taken on that.in this period several times i have communicated to customer service team and they have assured that the problem will be rectified within 48 hours of time.
They also suggested me to change the port from chennai circle to raipur circle, but even after changing port the issue did not resolved.
I am paying near about rs. 3000 per month with no service and now decided to change my network to other service provider. I also suggest to my colleagues to step out from this disgusting service network.
