Airtel — problem with bill payment online | |||||
I mention with deep regret that Airtel mobile bills are not accepted on their site through credit card. While paying online payment through credit card the site block the payment & always force us to make the payment through either Airtel wallet or through net banking. Due to this I missed my monthly payment & even today the same problem is occurring while payment. I even tried to port from Airtel, the company rejected my request on the payment outstanding grounds. I would like to present fact that I received SMS on 4.30pm & SMS received rejected by Airtel on 5.05pm. I was suggested to pay the bill once it is generated. As there was only 1-2 days left for billing cycle to complete I thought of paying the amount in full so there should not to be any less payment against the bill. I just want to make sure that company should respect the subscriber & to allow them to make payment as per their convenience mode. Was this information helpful? | |||||
