[Resolved] Airtel — Problem with regular text message sending | |||||
If i send a text message it shows "not delivered" in a green bubble as i am using iphone 5s. I already contacted airtel customer support several times and still the issue goes on. I changed my sim card to another phone as if there any problem with my iphone but its not. With no response from your side i contacted apple support. They said, in "settings - messages - send and receive" both my phone number and email should be shown but the phone number is missing from my phone. So they told me to contact the network operator and i did, this part should be done by the network operator and i hopes to be. Was this information helpful? | |||||

These are the complaints i registered over the past week and yeah ofcourse the problem still remains. I dont know whether you people are playing with me or not.
If you are really concerned about this problem, may i know how long should i need to wait for sending a text message?
