Airtel — provided worst data service for whole month and asking for bill payment | |||
Airte is not providing me 4g speed from 6thfeb to til date 02/03/2019 as whole month is been passed and still they are saying me to pay bill and till now they are saying me we wil sove the issue/we re taking on priority/we already escalated /case is in progress and it will be solve soon. Whole month is been passed and bill is been generated but not providing services so how come airtel asking to pay bill to customer. And after discussing on mail (21mail conversation) later they agree to give only 100 rs waiver. (1) sometimes am not able to send messages on whatsapp, (2) even am not abe to trading as i already face a loss because of data connectivity, (3) even i need to go my office for wifi instead of having airtel 4g maharashtra's number one network as airtel say.., (4) having airte 4g but still has to take wifi from frds and family And airtel need customer to pay bill as airtel saying we will carryforward data and you have used network for calling but for otherside exampe if we keep our mobile data off for whole month and sinply used for only incoming calls then also they need us to pay monthly bill so howcome they are asking to get the payment done by customer when they are not providing proper service.
