Airtel — Provided wrong information while porting the card | |||
Yesterday we have done number porting from Loop service provider to Airtel . As I was having Rs.110 balance in my existing service provider, but when the number got ported to Airtel my balanced was not updated and the same time I have co-ordinate with the customer care executive he updated that you will received the balanced after 15 to 20 minute's of activation.But, to again I have call to the customer care executive and he update me that your old balanced will get lapse.Also the call was transfer to the Supervisor Mr. Anurag and he was not ready to accept that the wrong information was provide to me, instead of supporting me he was telling me that do u need my email id to raise the complaint.Is this type of service we are getting from Airtel.Alreaday I have connection with Airtel but never face any issue but if such a way to support the customers then I need to switch to some other service provider.
