[Resolved] Airtel — Providing 3G charging for 4G | |||
I was using airtel for a year and all seemed fine with a few intermittent problems which were getting resolved. But in april 2017 - i started getting only 3g signal or no signal. It was low speed. I complained continuously for 20 days (Atleast 7 times) - but they did not resolve it. Then they said this is the best they can provide and i need to live with it. Hence i withheld the payment. They then proactively cut off the connections. Their ad says they provide high speed 4g. So they are fooling me by giving 3g after charging me so high. They didnt fix it hence my ended up wasting 2000+ rs which i had spent on buying the airtel hotspot. I had to buy a new one for idea as airtel was incapable of providing me with 4g. Now they shamelessly harass me for the bill payment of two months. I dont think i should pay it as they provided 3g for a whole month and i lost my money on hotspot (Due to their incapability to provide services). Repeated calls and mails have fallen on deaf ears.
