Airtel — providing false information, hiding true information and unresponsive attitude towards customers inconvenience

This is abhijeet. Today my annual pack was about to end. That's why i was in touch with airtel's customer service representative for the last two days to subscribe to my current pack. I was following their instructions and suggestions for the subscription. They told me to recharge with ₹ 4501 for continuing to my current package. I did what they exactly told me to do. But after recharging when i called airtel's customer service representative for confirming my package, first of all he ask me weather i watch english movies channel or not? I told him that there are three (03) english movies channels in my current package. I asked him if any channel has been added or removed this time? He told me that "no everything is fine and your channels would remain same as earlier." after that he didn't told me anything about channel and confirmed my package. But from the moment i recharged my dth yearly package, those three channels where stoped by the broadcaster. I called them again. Again a lady told me that this is happening due to some technical error. With in 48 hrs. It will be ok. I know that she was laying to me. After few moments i called them again. Now one of there representative told me that those three channels are not the part of your package.

Now what should i think about company and its employees. This attitude of the company not only caused me mental stress but also my 4501 rupees wasted.
