My mob no- [protected]
I did recharge of Rs99 and it was written there that in recharge of Rs99 there we will get full talk time but they told me that the balance was transferred to some other balance of my mobile i.e. not on the main balance which was not written there and i am in rooming so i cant use that balance. Please help me i am very poor and if that big company will cheat us like that by providing insufficient information or wrong information then what will happened to poor people. I recorded their voice even they were trying to ignore my prob and they were trying to keep me on hold for very long time so that i will disconnect the call.
