My compliant was raised on 3rd or 4th Jul 2023, but I have not heard from the service engineer or customer. I have been experiencing this problem for the past four months, but they aren't ready to resolve it.
I had already discussed with Mrs.Niketha and Mr.Israhia for 2nd Level escalation/Supervisor but the problem wasn't resolved.
My work has been interrupted for the past few months due to insufficient/inability broadband/poor connectivity, but you had provided me with the workarounds whenever I raised tickets.
While you promised a permanent solution, you only provided a workaround.
