[Resolved] Airtel — raising wrong bill again and again from last 6 months | |||
Hello sir/mam I am your customer mob no [protected]. I have taken family plan, at the time of billing your system or your execitives are charging me cug charges in my child no. I dont know why as this is happening from last 7 months and for rectifying that i have to call twice a month. I have complained on 10 july 2017 sr 77623419 but it is closed now mentioning that charges are valid. My family plan is of 399 and i have not exceded my calling and data limits so why should i have to pay rs1470. Kindly rectify my complaint now and for future also.
