Airtel — Re: Broadband Connection | |||
I had applied for a broadband connection on 30th (Application No.:ONBANGA[protected]. The website promises that someone from Airtel would contact me within 3 working days otherwise they will refund the money. However no one contacted me. Later on filed a complaint with customer care (Complaint no.[protected], I was assured that someone will contact me. However no executive contacted me. I have been following up on this complaint and apart from empty assurance I am getting nothing. Even raised a complaint on Facebook, and was assured that this matter would be prioritized, but still everything is status-quo. What the hell is wrong with Airtel. if you cant give me a connection atleast have the courtesy of issuing me a Refund. And what about the top management, do you simply sleep when the rest of your department is busy harassing customers like this. Shame on you. Was this information helpful? | |||
