I have lost my phone today along with sim card. So i had taken new sim card in near airtel store and told that it would get activated within 4 hours. It's already been 48 hours but the sim card is not yet active. I am not sure whether these guys take responsibility of a customer. Even after following up so many times, they don't care to reply to my emails. This is the worst customer support i have ever seen. I don't know what their managers are doing and their responsibilities. I am done with this careless service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
