[Resolved] Airtel — Reactivate my airtel sim | |||
I had an airtel sim which i had been using since many years. Yesterday when i tried reinserting my sim card after not using it for 5 months, it was showing "no sim inserted." i thought the sim card might have been damaged so i went to an airtel store for upgrading the sim card. I was informed there that my number had been allotted to some other person even when i had paid for its validity until 2025. They told me that it was alloted to this said person back in sept 2016 when i clearly remember using the sim card until 27th dec 2016. I would like for you to look into the matter and do the needful.
