Airtel — receive excess billing amount, unethical behaviour, management issue | |||
I had use airtel postpaid service from last 2 year. I had charged 710 rs. Extra in month july billing for usage of this number 7888 but i am not call this number then why such excess billing is coming. Again face same issue for aug bill. Again charged 1508 rs. Extra in month aug billing for usage of this number 7888 but i am not call this number again then why such excess billing is coming. I am calling appellate officer (Wajida begam) she told me you pay this extra bill. I am told you i am not use this this number then why pay such extra amount. She told me i don't know. I have contact airtel customer service tried to know the reason of billing. Still now i didn't get any proper explanation from airtel side. I realy disappointed with airtel service.
