Airtel — Received bill after closing the connection (Account - [protected]) | |||
On 11th July 2015, i closed the airtel 4G post paid connection by calling the customer care. Informed him that i am leaving india nextday so will not be able to receive any call. The customer care repensective agreed to cancel and we receved a bill till that date. After paying that bill we were sure the connection got cancelled. But after 2 months suddenly we get a bill of more than 2000/-. We tried to explain the situation to all possible authority and the amount is increasing with fine everyday.
