One of the worst customer service i have dealt in my life.
Looting customers by unfair services.
I have deactivated my broadband connection in the month of April 2022. Even after deactivation also I had been receiving bill for every month. I have called customer care multiple times for the same, they says they have taken my request and it will be rectified but no thing happened next month I have received bill.
Below is the message I received on 24th June 2022.
Dear customer, Service Request Number [protected] created for your Airtel Xstream Fiber ID [protected]_dsl. It will be resolved.
But today I have received bill for as below.
Details of bill dated 12-Jul-2022 for your Airtel Xstream Fiber A/C
Total Due: Rs 865.65
Due Date: 22-Jul-2022/immediately
Previous Due: Rs 1219.65
