Airtel — receiving 2g speed on 3g/4g network | |||
Hi airtel team, I am facing an issue with my mobile internet since the past 4 days. The problem is i am having strong signal strength and 3g/4g connectivity, but i am receiving the internet at 2g speed. I had registered a complaint (No:[protected]. They told me to swap the sim. I swapped the sim card, but the problem is still occuring. I have been calling the customer care and they keep telling that the request is pending and it will take some time to resolve. I also tried the sim card on different handsets and it has the same problem. Hence, neither the sim card nor the handset which i use has a problem. I do not know why this problem is occuring only with my sim card since the past 4 days. The customer care service are not even understanding my problem. They start speaking their own thing and do not help much with the issue. Please resolve this as soon as possible since i am leaving for a vacation and i need internet at 3g/4g speed.
