Airtel — Receiving Stalking calls

Dear Sir/Madam, My wife is receiving calls from no. [protected] since two months in breaks, my wife avoided it but the guy seems to be persistent and rash.Also, he seems to be with a group which includes females and he talks in a vulgar manner, when I take the charge of the conversation he gets into a really cheap and vulgar argument, we searched this forum and found out from the link "http://deleteprice.com/traceMobile/trace.php" that the number belongs outside India probably from our troubled neighbour.
