[Resolved] Airtel — Recharge amount credited to some mystery dedicated account | |||||
I did a full talktime recharge of rs 226 and i got 0 talktime balance. Customer care executive told me the entire balance credited to some dedicated account about which i am completely unaware. Nowhere it was mentioned that recharge will not give you talk time and give you balance which you cannot use. Hats off! For these unique ideas. Searched about it and found complaints similar to this. I think in this cut throat competition these bogus idea will only make you loose customers. Airtel provides great network connectivity and quality.. But still such things upsets customers. Anyway rs 266 is very meagre amount but still i thought of sharing my experience. Was this information helpful? | |||||
