Airtel — Recharge amount deducted but not credited data pack

My mobile number was disabled suddenly one morning on 31.07.2020 by airtel.. There was an active Internet pack of Rs. 598 recharged on 13.06.2020 having validity of 84 days and another data pack of Rs. 399 which was recharged on 31.07.2020 which was unused.. My mobile number got activated after visiting the store for 5-6times and now on being asking for recrediting of my data packs airtel is not giving reply.. Please help me getting back these packs..
