Hello Team,
Today (18/04/2022) I recharged a unlimited plan of Rs.209/- in my airtel no-[protected] through airtel web with the transaction ID[protected] and order ID[protected] as attached. The payment was done through BHIM UPI app. It was very urgent for me to continue with my work using it’s data pack. However as usual airtel didn’t process my plan and the plan is not yet activated. I tried to connect to 121 and 198 helpline, simply not able to connect to advisor.
In a response to my email from their nodal email service, they are not able to track the transaction ID as they haven't received any payment.
Please help me understand, if we receive the message from airtel stating payment received and now if the same airtel denies to address the issue, then is this not a fraud happening here.
I really can't handle all these kind of pain. Request you to please take a appropriate action against my concern. Was this information helpful? |
