[Resolved] Airtel — Recharge amount not credit to my airtel number i. e., [protected] (bru free talktime voucher)

With reference to above cited subject, I have called to Bru help line number i.e., [protected] he told as per our records recharge amount is credit to your account any clarification in this regard call to Air-tel customer care.

In this regard I called to 198 on 05/03/2016 (time 6.42 pm) but he told it is credit or not to be credit because thousands of customers is their, I told it is not a good response sir and I ask to give a e-mail address for send the Bru mail proof but he told it is not possible to give and disconnected the call.

Please you take a confirmation from Bru (toll free No. 18001022221) after you need full action. I have 3 time recharged but not amount credited to my A/c (9483111341) date 1) August-2015 2) 24-01-16 and 3) 04-03-2016. and I am also enclosed Bru free talk-time Voucher. So in this kindly solve the problem.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
