On 13th March, I recharged my mobile No.[protected] through my Canara Bank Visa Credit Card No.[protected] vide transaction ID No.498943. Though the recharge was reported to be successful, the credit of recharge has not gone to this mobile number but to my another number[protected]. I was informed by some one from Customer Care that the wrong credit would be credited back to my Credit Card a/c. Today, again when I recharged my mobile No.[protected], this time also, the recharge was reported to be successful; vide transaction No.609643 ; but the credit has not come to this number but to the other number [protected] this time also. In the circumstances, I do not know how to recharge my mobile No.[protected] thro' on-line, when the credit is not coming to this number.
