Airtel — recharge amount not credited - please help

I did a prepaid recharge of rs 199 for my brother using sbi online banking.
Transaction is successful, however the balance is not credited to his mobile number.
He also did not receive any sms.

Recharge was done on 20 november 2018.

Can someone tell if this recharge was processed successfully?
