[Resolved]  Airtel — Recharge benefits are not provided as displayed in the my airtel app

My number is : 9944xxx355, and i'm using my airtel app.

Today in my app i have seen a special offer in the "best offer for you" section (Refer attached snap with amount as 255) for my number like '260 full talk time and 1 gb data for recharge of rupees 255' and so i made that recharge. But after recharge the benefits are not as promised instead i just got 1 gb of data with validity of 25 days.

Please verify and address it.

Hi,

I have raised the same issue with Airtel, and this is the service number - CBNRV[protected]. They have simply closed the ticket without any response and I haven't got my benefits in my account balance itself.

I, doubt whether Airtel customer care is really to solve customer problem or just to simply create and close customer Service request without providing any resolution, they have not even shared any update to me. I personally visited to Airtel page and login to my account to get to know about the SR status and found that was closed. ( Refer attachment).

I request Airtel officers that I have made recharge to make use of money to make my phone calls, I can't simply wait for an years to get it credited and then make use of it. Try to understand the impact of the issue and adress it.
